Sunday Worship Services:
8:00 a.m. Traditional
10:15 a.m. Contemporary
St. Luke’s regular Sunday worship is focused around the Lord’s Supper with a blend of traditional and contemporary praise music and an opportunity for personal prayer for anyone who so desires.
Children’s Sunday School (Little Church and Jr. Church):
Children enjoy age-appropriate Sunday school lessons and activities in classes formed by grade level.
Following Sunday school, children rejoin their parents at Sunday service shortly before Communion.
Child Care (Nursery):
Youth worship with their parents and help serve on Sunday mornings. They also meet Sunday evenings for fellowship, discipleship and worship.
Little Church – ages three through kindergarten:
Many activities are planned around the Bible stories that are presented each week; Bible songs with hand motions, coloring, crafts, healthy snacks, and the use of felt boards in retelling the stories. The review of animal sounds, colors, and the various types of fruit are used to thank God for his bountiful creation.
The children from grade one through six continue to explore the many facets of God’s love through the Bible stories in both the Old and New Testaments. A vibrant and musically fun way to worship God through music is provided by the music ministers that are volunteering their time to enrich the lives of our St. Luke’s children.
"The Encounter" Youth Group (Grades 7 through 12):
Meet Sunday nights. Discussion of various topics vital to teens today using scriptures and multi-media.
